Experience Curve
In chapter 10, we look at many cost behaviors and one thing that influences costs is experience gained by companies. Typically, the more experience a company has producing a particular product, the lower their costs. The Economist has a short piece this week adapted from one of their publications that hits the highlights of the experience curve. A related piece explores the growth matrix which you may have run across in another course or two.
